The Art of the Documentary

We started producing wedding documentaries in 2003. Since then, we've been refining the craft to a fine point where technical and logistical issues are an afterthought and creativity thrives. Wedding videography is high-pressure work requiring a great deal of expertise and an ability to think on one's toes. We've run into most of the problems that arise while documenting a wedding, and have come up with solutions to common issues that make wedding videos look like "wedding videos."

High Definition

It's time for High Definition to be the standard delivery format for wedding videos, not an up-sell. That's why we shoot, edit, and deliver all of our videos in High Definition. Of course, we can deliver standard definition DVD's if you're into that kind of thing.

Don't Say Cheese

We pride ourselves in producing classic, timeless documentaries that rely on beautiful cinematography and high production values to make an impact, not the latest video gimmicks. So you won't be seeing any animated wedding cakes or starburst transitions in our videos.

We Keep a Low Profile

It's difficult to enjoy yourself when there's a camera in your face, especially if said camera has a bright light attached to it. We stay on the periphery and use a long lens to get close to the action. And we don't use lights (the deer in the headlights look just isn't our thing).
